Our client is an award-winning high end bespoke luxury travel company who specialise in high end luxury Villas in worldwide destinations.
They are renowned for offering the highest levels of customer service to clients ensuring the best possible travel booking experience from the beginning.
Due to expansion, they are now recruiting for fluent French Speaking Customer Experience Consultants to with the Sales team ensuring clients and suppliers to always deliver an exceptional standard of client service.
Previous experience in a similar role dealing with high end travel and discerning clients is essential although my client will consider graduates who have experience working within customer services with a luxury product as well as being a Fluent French Speaker.
This role is on a hybrid basis - South West London
Fluent French Speaking Customer Experience Consultant Responsibilities:
Dealing day to day with queries on existing bookings whilst providing a professional experience to clients and owners
Responding to booking requests & allocating funds to bookings
Data entry to suppliers, agents, owners and review portals
Assigning opportunities to team members and delegating queries
To escalate and share queries as they arise to ensure that problems are identified, and solutions found
Taking ownership of accessing information from a variety of source to respond effectively to customer & owner enquiries
Fluent French Speaking Customer Experience Consultant Experienced Required
Previous customer service experience working within luxury travel or hospitality
Fluent French Speaker
Ability to multitask and deliver high levels of customer serviceProven ability to deliver high quality results in a timely fashion
Strong communication skills
Able to work shifts
