Job description

My client is a leading luxury travel company who provide a niche villa product to an affluent client base.

They are now recruiting for a Partnership Travel Sales Consultant who will be responsible for executing sales on their villa programme through their on-line partners, whilst providing the highest levels of customer services.

My client will also consider graduates who have a passion for travel and are looking to develop a sales career within the travel industry selling a niche luxury product.

A hybrid working solution is offered for this role although candidates would need to commit to being office based during the onboarding/training period.

Partnership Travel Sales Consultant Responsibilities:

In addition to selling luxury villa holidays through our on-line partners, you are expected to provide travel advice and promote the brand.

Maintaining statistical and financial records

Meeting profit and or sales targets

Providing feedback and proactively contributing to team performance

Property inspection visits in the UK and

Dealing day to day with customer queries and complaints, providing a high level of customer service in an empathetic and understanding manner.

Partnership Travel Sales Consultant Experience Required:

Experience in the travel industry is desirable but graduates with a passion for travel and customer service will also be considered

Outstanding people skills and an impressive client focus to build lasting relationships with partners and customers

Strong communication skills that allow you to inform, help and advise customers clearly and in a manner that make clients feel loved.

To be organized and efficient and an ability to work well under pressure quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment

Availability to work full time 5 days a week on a rotating shift, inclusive of semi-regular weekend work (typically 2-3 days per calendar month).

Partnership Travel Sales Consultant Salary and Benefits:

Base salary circa 25,000 depending on experience
