Our client is an award-winning tour operator who is a specialist in escorted tours to worldwide destinations. Due to record growth and expansion, they are now recruiting a Travel Cruises Operations and Product Support Executive to join their cruise touring team. This is a pivotal role, being part of the operations team dedicated to looking after everything once the booking has been made and providing the best customer service possible to their clients and travel agent partners. The day-to-day role will involve answering calls and replying to emails from clients/agents who have questions and queries. To be considered, candidates must have previous experience gained in an operations based role within the travel industry, knowledge of the cruise or touring sectors is preferred. This role is offered on a hybrid basis within the UK only.
