The role involves dealing with cruise travel requests and making bookings from both new and repeat clients.
Candidates must have previous reservations and customer service skills gained within the travel industry selling a luxury travel product with a focus on attention to detail whilst working under pressure.
Monday to Friday working hours, one Saturday per month. No Sundays or Bank Holidays.

This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary range of £40,000 to £45,000, along with the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement.
As the MICE & FIT Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and maximising revenue through the development and execution of strategic sales plans. Your primary focus will be on securing group bookings for meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions (MICE), as well as FIT (Free Independent Traveller) business. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key clients, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of success in sales within the travel or hospitality sector. You will be a self-starter with a passion for sales and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. A deep understanding of the MICE and FIT market segments, coupled with extensive knowledge of the London travel landscape, is essential for success in this role.

My client will only consider candidates who have previous product experience within the Caribbean and are well connected with hoteliers and DMC's.
