Our client is a well established, privately owned tour operator who sell exclusively through travel trade partners. Their product range features flights, hotels, worldwide tours, cruises featuring bespoke and multi centre itineraries. Due to growth, they are now recruiting for Travel Reservations Consultants to join their team who will be responsible for delivering high-quality sales and service support to customers. The role includes handling new and existing reservations, ensuring customers receive accurate advice, efficient booking management, and an excellent end-to-end travel experience while meeting individual and team sales targets. To be considered, candidates must have previous travel experience ideally with knowledge of a major GDS. The working hours are between Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, occasional Saturdays, no Sundays or Bank Holidays. This role is offered on a hybrid basis with the office based in South West London

Due to business growth, they are now seeking to recruit a Europe Travel Sales Consultant to join their team who extensive sales and product knowledge of luxury holidays within France, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Greece, Cyprus and the Scandinavia region. You will have excellent, bespoke tailor-made travel experience with a vested interest in region with the ability to deal with a booking from enquiry through to final documentation. Presentation, communication (verbal and written), attention to detail, sales skills and destination knowledge are very important to our client. Our client works Monday to Friday.
