My client is a leading luxury travel company who sell exclusive worldwide holidays
They are now seeking to recruit Graduate Travel Sales Consultants who will be responsible for executing sales for their product always providing a high level of customer service and creating positive outcomes for both the customer and company.
My client will consider graduates who have a passion for travel and are looking to develop a sales career within the travel industry selling a niche luxury product.
This role is fully remote and can be based anywhere in the UK.
Graduate Travel Sales Consultant Duties:
In addition to selling luxury holidays, you are expected to provide travel advice and promote the brand.
Maintaining statistical and financial records
Meeting sales targets
Providing feedback and proactively contributing to team performance
Graduate Travel Sales Consultant Experience Required:
Graduates with sales experience keen to develop a career within the travel industry
An insatiable appetite for sales & impeccable customer service
Outstanding people skills and an impressive client focus to build lasting relationships with partners and customers
Strong communication skills that allow you to inform, help and advise customers clearly and in a manner that make clients feel loved.
To be organized and efficient and an ability to work well under pressure quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
Availability to work full time 5 days a week on a rotating shift, inclusive of semi-regular weekend work (typically 2-3 days every 6 weeks).
Graduate Travel Sales Consultant Salary and Benefits:
Base salary circa 25,000 + Uncapped Commission, year 1 OTE 45,000
