Our client is a fast-growing, entrepreneurial travel and media company specialising in Escorted Touring and small ship river cruising.
They have developed partnerships with some of the world's best media brands to provide exclusive bespoke travel programs for their readers and members.
Due to their growth, they are recruiting for an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join their team.
The Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing the website and white-label sites, managing the print promotion process with media partners, as well as working with the wider team to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive brand awareness, audience growth and client retention.
Experience in a similar role as a Senior Marketing Executive within travel is an advantage but not essential.
This is a hybrid role with one day per week spent in the office.

You will be contracting hotels in Central Europe.

You will be assisting the sales and operation teams in planning, organising, and executing various events and SIT packages.
Help create and maintain a database of products required for successful biddings.
Act as the primary point of contact, providing personalised end-to-end solutions and ensuring the smooth operation of events and great quality of relationships with sales, clients and suppliers.
Supporting the whole sales process, producing appealing and informative offer letters, addressing queries and concerns. Executing the itinerary and revenue checks along with cross-selling and promoting various destinations and products.
Advising the sales team on suitable products and services based on the client requirements.

Although they offer Events and Special Interest Tours to their markets, they have not established this department fully as a separate segment of their existing business module.
We are recruiting an experienced Events and Special Interest Manager to come onboard to developing existing as well as seeking new relationships to increase company market share of this lucrative segment of the travel industry.
You will monitor each request and proposal to ensure it is in line with sales and client requirements.
Ensure prompt delivery of all offers by monitoring and coordinating internal resources and participate in sales calls as well as attend surveys and coordination of events.
You will create with your team, a dedicated service to offer within this segment, pull together all the services they already offer and present to the sales team in order for them to sell and promote to their agents.
Comfortable in creating marketing documents, visuals to post on social media.
You will not be booking or negotiating as they have teams in place to support you with this.
