Our client is a luxury niche tour operator who specialise in escorted tours for an affluent and discerning clientele.
Due to expansion, they are now seeking a Travel After Sales Consultant to join the team.
This is a pivotal role handling all post sales enquiries managing all post booking interactions, providing support to clients during their travels as well as resolving any complaints delivering exceptional customer service.
Previous travel experience is required in a similar role providing after sales support, customer services and resolving complaints is essential.
The role is offered on a hybrid basis working Monday to Friday, 9-5.30 with no weekends.
Base Salary to £35,000 (depending on experience) + Bonus and Great Benefits
