When you register with Antella, you become an associate, were we keep in touch with you, sharing job opportunities and industry updates. From our initial conversation, open questions will be asked to allow us to understand your why and what reasons, from leaving your current employer, motivations, and goals to help us determine opportunities as part of the qualification process.
You will be thoroughly briefed on all job opportunities prior to your details being submitted to any client, with full permission gained from you to submit your CV. Once we have successfully secured you an interview, support and guidance will be given to help you through the preparation process, ensuring you are confident and squashing any self-doubting nerves.
Interview feedback is paramount to us, liaising with our client and yourself through the process. Once we are successful in securing you a position, we will continue to remain in contact, communicating with you in your first week, second month and third month of employment to ensure you have settled well during the onboarding process with our client.
