Our client is a luxury to a tour operator company who are specialists in bespoke worldwide destinations selling both directly to the consumer and through the travel trade.

They are now recruiting for an experienced Travel Sales Consultant who has previously sold bespoke holidays.

The role incorporates all aspects of booking flights, hotels, private transfers etc whilst delivering the highest levels of customer service.

This is a Monday to Friday role with an occasional Saturdays on a rota basis.

Candidates must have previous travel sales experience, this is essential.

This is role is fully remote anywhere within the UK.

Travel Sales Consultants Duties

Communicating with clients to determine travel needs, budgets, and preferences., selling tailormade holidays.

Answering all incoming phone call enquiries and respond to email enquiries.

Advising clients regarding travel safety, destinations, cultures, customs, weather, and activities.

Working to sales targets and applying upselling, cross selling and switch selling techniques whilst delivering high levels of customer service.

Travel Sales Consultants Skills and Experience:

Previous travel sales experience is essential.

Excellent all-round travel product and destination knowledge in worldwide destinations.

Exceptional communication & customer service skills

Base Salary to £25,000, Uncapped OTE £30,000 +
