They are now recruiting for a Fluent German Speaking Travel Guest Relations Executive
who will be responsible for resolving complaints and escalated complaints, providing support on all aspects of complaint resolution.
The fluent German Speaking Travel Guest Relations Executive will resolve complaints efficiently and collaborate cross-functionally to drive member-focused outcomes.
Base Salary £30,000 (negotiable) + Bonus and Benefits

They are an award-winning cruise operator selling some of the world’s most luxurious cruise operators and have a reputation for delivering excellence.
The role involves dealing with cruise travel requests and making bookings from both new and repeat clients.
Candidates must have previous reservations and customer service skills gained within the travel industry selling a luxury travel product with a focus on attention to detail whilst working under pressure.
Monday to Friday working hours, one Saturday per month. No Sundays or Bank Holidays.

This role can be Hybrid/London or fully remotely based anywhere in the UK.
The role requires flexibility to work to late shifts and as well as weekend work with days off in lieu

The Finance Manager must have experience in a similar role within the travel industry.
The Finance Manager will be responsible for maintaining, developing and improving effective financial systems, delivering clear and insightful management information.
Excellent commercial awareness, a good level of experience in accountancy, strong interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
