Our client, a luxury a luxury cruise specialist, is a customer service focused cruise consultant who has the experience of dealing with top end discerning clients.
They are an award-winning cruise operator selling some of the world’s most luxurious cruise operators and have a reputation for delivering excellence.
The role involves dealing with cruise travel requests and making bookings from both new and repeat clients.
Candidates must have previous reservations and customer service skills gained within the travel industry selling a luxury travel product with a focus on attention to detail whilst working under pressure.
Monday to Friday working hours, one Saturday per month. No Sundays or Bank Holidays.

They are now recruiting for a Travel Operations and Support Manager to help support their team of independent travel consultants assisting with any operational issues, product knowledge any ticketing issues.
Candidates for this role must have a background gained within tour operations (essential) with good knowledge of GDS systems and ticketing.

They are now recruiting an experienced Finance Manager to join the team during a crucial team during their growth.
The Finance Manager must have experience in a similar role within the travel industry.
The Finance Manager will be responsible for maintaining, developing and improving effective financial systems, delivering clear and insightful management information.
Excellent commercial awareness, a good level of experience in accountancy, strong interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
The role is offered on a hybrid basis – Central London.
To £35,000 OTE £50,000

Candidates must be familiar with Antarctica and have an interest in trekking, hiking, mountaineering, kayaking, rafting, wildlife, luxury travel, history, photography etc
The Travel Sales Consultant is responsible for the full sales cycle from the initial inquiry and helping guide customers through planning and booking their Antarctica adventure.
Previous travel sales experience within tailormade is essential for this role.
