Contracts Managers - French and Italian speaker (AR0953)

We are excited to be able to support our client on a fantastic recruitment drive as they continue to grow and recruit within their contracting team for ground services.

This position is London based and hybrid in out of season.

Your primary responsibilities will be optimising existing and bringing on new ground service contracts, managing the allocatio of services and upholding quality control standards.

You will analyse operational figures, collaborate with various teams to finalise logistics for group tours, validate supplier invoices, and extend support to the wider team when needed.

Your expertise will directly impact on your ability to deliver exceptional service to your clients and maintain strong relationships with your suppliers and team.

Contracts and Operations Manager Skill attributes:

• Experience of contracting services in Europe is required
• Fluency in Italian AND French essentional
• Our client would consider SENIOR Group Operations applicants who want to move into contracting for groups.
• Influential & Negotiation skills
• Proficient at evaluating and analysing data in order to determine and execute the necessary strategies needed to achieve growth.
• Previous experience of building successful relationships with your suppliers for best rates within your market.
