Job description
My client, a well-established travel company , is seeking to recruit customer service focused reservations consultant who have the experience of dealing with both travel trade and direct clients.
They sell a niche product and are experience a large demand in enquires hence the expansion of the reservations team.
Candidates must have previous reservations and customer service skills gained within the travel industry with a focus on attention to detail whilst working under pressure.
The role is offered on a hybrid basis, part office and home based
Travel Sales and Customer Service Consultant Duties and Responsibilities
Booking all aspects of the client's holidays as well as making amending to existing reservations
Providing a consultative approach to clients' needs
Building long term relationships with clients
Seizing opportunities to upsell products when they arise
Travel Sales and Customer Service Consultant Skills and Attributes:
Previous travel industry experience dealing either trade or direct clients
Good telephone manner and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
Good Customer Services skills
Travel Sales and Customer Service Consultants Remuneration Package:
Base Salary to 24K + Bonus
