We are partnering with a leading luxury inbound Destination Management Company to appoint a Head of People & Culture. This is a key leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering a high-performing, people-centric strategy that supports business growth and an exceptional employee experience.

Operating within a fast-paced, service-driven environment, the successful candidate will lead the People function, partnering closely with senior leadership to foster a culture of excellence, engagement, and continuous development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a forward-thinking People & Culture strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on all people-related matters, including organisational design, performance, and employee engagement
  • Lead and manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention
  • Drive a high-performance culture through effective performance management, coaching, and leadership development
  • Oversee employee relations, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant practices
  • Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives across the organisation
  • Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are aligned with current employment legislation and best practice
  • Lead workforce planning and succession strategies to support long-term growth
  • Manage and develop HR systems, data, and reporting to inform decision-making
  • Inspire and lead the People team to deliver an outstanding internal service

Skills & Experience:

    • Proven experience in a senior HR/People leadership role, ideally within hospitality, travel, or luxury service sectors
    • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into operational delivery
    • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
    • Demonstrated ability to lead cultural transformation and drive engagement
    • Commercially aware, with a pragmatic and solutions-focused approach
    • High level of integrity and discretion
