Job description
My client is an award-winning luxury travel company with a focus on high end travel within Latin America.
As the travel industry rebounds, they are now seeking to recruit Latin America Senior Travel Sales Consultant to join their team
Their Latin America portfolio features Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru and Uruguay.
Although bespoke tailor-made travel experience with a vested interest in the region, my client will also consider applicants who have extensive travelled within Latin America, have a sales experience and are keen to develop a career within the travel industry selling tis region.
The role is offered on a hybrid basis with two days per week spent in the office.
Latin America Travel Sales Consultant Responsibilities:
Dealing with customer enquiries by phone and email.
Use your own previous experience, destination knowledge to establish the clients' requirements and to recommend the correct programme for their needs.
Use the GDS system to book flights and make any necessary amendments.
Booking all aspects of travel for your customers including flight, private charters, hotels, car hire and more.
Latin America Travel Sales Consultant experience required:
Previous sales experience with a passion and extensive travel within Latin America
Pleasant & professional telephone manner.
Effective Sales and customer service skills.
Latin America Travel Sales Consultant Salary and Benefits:
Base salary 31K + Commission
Competitive commission scheme based on performance
22 days annual leave rising one day per year of service to a max of 30 days + 8 bank holidays
