Lifestyle Manager - Fluent Arabic and French Speakers (AR0896)

Our client is a leading high end travel company offering a high end travel and lifestyle concierge service to their members.

They are now seeking Lifestyle Managers are fluent Arabic and Arabic speakers with previous experience gained within luxury hospitality or concierge working with discerning clients booking restaurants, attractions, tickets for the members within the Middle East market using your knowledge, contact and know-how to deal with interesting and often complex requests.

Lifestyle Managers will be required to work shifts, 5 days out of a 7 day working pattern with days off in lieu

This role can be remotely based anywhere in London or anywhere in the UK

Lifestyle Managers - Fluent Arabic and French Speakers Responsibilities

Booking all members request for restaurants, attractions, tickets etc

Manage requests in line with agreed deadlines, proposing an excellent choice of restaurant options, and fully engaging with the member to maximise the conversion of requests to bookings.

Promote the wider business to our members and suggest/take briefs for other teams in the business (e.g. tickets, travel, motor, home improvement etc.).

Assisting Team Leaders and Member Satisfaction team when resolving customer care issues

To demonstrate you can confidently negotiate a benefit with suppliers (ie: restaurants, transfers) and be able to obtain a booking when the member cannot themselves.

Providing each member with an exceptionally high level of customer service.

Lifestyle Managers - Fluent Arabic and French Speakers Experience Required

Fluency in English, Arabic and French is required. Excellent written & oral communication is a MUST. Please be prepared to take language test in any language you mention as a skill.

Knowledge of news & events, culture in the Middle East (primarily around Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Doha) and other key markets across Asia is highly preferred;

Experience in leisure orientated sector of business, hospitality, customer service, concierge or call centre

An understanding of the luxury lifestyle and affluent customers

Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills when dealing with members, suppliers and clients, working in a calm and professional manner at all time

Lifestyle Managers - Fluent Arabic and French and Speakers Salary and Benefits

Basic salary to £30,000 (depending on experience) + Bonus up to £3,600 per annum

London - Hybrid or fully remote within the UK
