Hybrid - Part Remote and Part Office Based - South West London
My client is a financially secure luxury travel company who are a niche specialist focusing on holidays on their niche regions of Africa, Asia, Australasia, Americas, Latin America and Europe.
As the travel industry rebounds, they are now seeking to recruit experienced, Luxury Tailor Made Consultant to join their team who specialise in their niche regions.
You will have excellent, bespoke tailor-made travel experience with a vested interest in region with the ability to deal with a booking from enquiry through to final documentation. Presentation, communication (verbal and written), attention to detail, sales skills and destination knowledge are very important to us and our clients.
Luxury Tailor Made Travel Consultant Responsibilities:
Dealing with customer enquiries by phone and email.
Use your own previous experience, destination knowledge to establish the clients' requirements and to recommend the correct programme for their needs.
Use Amadeus to book flights and make any necessary amendments.
Booking all aspects of travel for your customers including flight, private charters, hotels, car hire and more.
Luxury Tailor Made Consultant required experience:
Previous sales/reservations experience within the travel industry is essential with extensive personal travel experience in one of their niche regions
Pleasant & professional telephone manner.
Effective Sales and customer service skills.
Luxury Tailor Made Consultant Salary and Benefits:
Base salary circa 31,000 + Uncapped Commission
30 days annual leave including bank holidays
Monday to Friday, occasional Saturdays, no Sundays
