Job description
We are pleased to be supporting a well know Museum that offers a wealth of history and experiences to its customers.
As a Ticketing & Ecommerce Executive, this role would suit someone with a high level of attention to detail and exposer within the theatre / Museums or attraction industry dealing with tickets and setting up products or someone in reservations.
Duties include :
Set up new products on a ticketing system
Adjustment and maintenance of existing product on system (show extensions, rate adjustments etc.)
Price matrix rate set up and management
Set up, amendment and maintenance of product on the Intranet
Set up and circulation of product notification documents
Basic system set-up and feedback to system development
Manage team work flow
Ensure loading targets are met
To attend team meetings and training sessions
To create a positive and enthusiastic working environment
To work as part of a team, supporting colleagues and working to deliver common goals
Ticketing and Ecommerce Skills / Knowledge Required
Experience of using a ticketing/reservations system to manage and create product
Good IT and Computing skills
Strong attention to detail
Process management and team leading experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Good problem solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work under own initiative, under pressure and to targets
Wider understanding of ticketing marketplace.

Hybrid London (3 days in the office)
