Our client is a leading high end travel company offering a travel and lifestyle concierge service to their members.
They are now seeking experienced Travel Reservations Consultants who are fluent Arabic speakers with proven experience gained within the travel industry in booking bespoke high end travel itineraries to worldwide destinations.
This role involves taking travel requests from members and creating bespoke travel plans based on their requirements.
This is also included booking hotels, dining, retail, entertainment and exclusive experiences.
The role is covering overnight shifts working 40 works per week.
They are rotational shifts between Monday to Sunday from 8pm to 10am, 5 days on and 2 consecutive days off)
This role is offered on a fully remote basis within the UK.
Travel Reservations Consultant Fluent Arabic Speakers Responsibilities:
Booking worldwide travel arrangements using your fluent English and Arabic
Booking hotels, dining, retail, entertainment and exclusive experiences
Managing the whole process and working with the relevant suppliers
Providing each client with an exceptionally high level of customer service
Travel Reservations Consultants - Fluent Arabic Speakers Experience Required
Extensive experience gained within the travel Industry dealing with HNWI's
Fluency in Arabic and English
High levels of customer service
Able to work overnight shifts on a rota basis

Basic salary to £38,000 based on experience + Bonus up to £3,600 per annum
