My client is an award winning upmarket tour operator specialising in high quality luxury holidays and tours to worldwide destinations.
As the travel industry returns to normality and demand increases, they are now expanding their team and are recruiting for a Travel Sales Consultant to join their team in their Cambridge branch.
The role involves dealing with enquiries with clients face to face and selling holidays based in their requirements and budgets.
To be considered, candidates must have previous travel industry experienced gained sales or reservations.
My client will also consider well-travelled graduates who are keen to develop a career within the travel industry.
This role will cover weekend work as well.
Travel Sales Consultant Responsibilities
Arranging worldwide leisure holidays & tours for clients
Creating tailor made itineraries, which include booking flights, cruises and accommodation
Dealing with all customer service-related issues and offering advice to help resolve any problems.
Working to and exceeding set sales targets
Travel Sales Consultant Experience Required:
Previous travel experience gained within sales or reservations roles.
Well-travelled graduates will also be considered
Must be client facing and have a good manner
Good sales and good customer service skills are essential
Travel Sales Executives Remuneration and Benefits:
Salary 22,000 + Commission
Realistic earning potential is around 28-30,000
