This role is ideal for an experienced travel consultant from a travel agency seeking structured career enhancement and the opportunity to earn very generous commission based on performance. Our client will also consider candidates who have worked as cabin crew, luxury retail sales or hospitality or well-travelled graduates who are seeking the opportunity to develop a career within luxury travel sales This is a 7 day operation working 5 days with 2 days off in lieu.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will manage the day-to-day operations of the retail travel store, drive sales performance, coach and develop your team, and ensure a high standard of customer service as well as leading the UK contant centre. This is a pivotal role in supporting  the leadership of our Guildford store. in driving sales, coaching the team, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring high service standards. Candidates must have supervisory/team leader experience within the travel industry. This is an office/store-based role operating over a 7 day period, working 5 days, with 2 days off per week.
