A NEW great opportunity to work for an Inbound DMC travel specialist to supervise and motivate a team of Operations executive to optimise tours whilst aspiring to offer the highest levels of customer service to both client and suppliers.  As a Team Leader you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities: To supervise and motivate the team on a daily basis Assist in the overall management and smooth operation of the office on a daily basis working with the Director Ensure that the team are equipped with all necessary tools and training and support Responsible for ensuring that all team duties are carried out with extremely high attention to detail from initial quote stage to final confirmations and beyond. Proficiency to assist the team in offering suitable alternatives in terms of hotels and services, where originally requested options are not available.
