We're looking for a driven and commercially minded travel professional to join a fast growing, high energy contracting team. If you thrive on negotiating great deals, building strong supplier relationships, and working in a dynamic environment this could be the perfect move.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping group travel programmes across the UK & Ireland, with real visibility, responsibility, and progression from day one.
What you'll be doing:
- Negotiating competitive rates and securing hotel space for group bookings and series tours
- Building and managing strong relationships with hotels and service suppliers
- Working closely with internal teams to place groups and maximise opportunities
- Managing allocations, availability, and ensuring all details are accurately captured
- Identifying opportunities to optimise space, reduce risk, and drive commercial value
- Supporting sales initiatives with offers and solutions for unsold inventory
What we're looking for:
- Experience in inbound UK travel, group travel, hotel reservations - dealing with rate negotiation.
- Strong knowledge of UK & Ireland destinations (Scotland & Ireland a plus)
- A confident negotiator with a commercial mindset
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
