FIT Reservations Supervisor (AR1014)

Our client, a leading Inbound DMC based in the heart of London, is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused individual to join their dynamic team as a Full-time FIT Reservations Supervisor.

As the FIT Reservations Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind the smooth operation of our reservations department. You will manage a team of dedicated reservation agents, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they deliver the highest standards of customer service. Your strong leadership skills and attention to detail will be essential in optimising workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.

Duties Include :

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the FIT Reservations department, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services
• Manage and mentor a team of reservation agents, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their performance and professional development
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Operations, to ensure seamless communication and coordination of reservations
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective strategies to optimise workflows and enhance the customer experience
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and maintaining strong relationships
• Analyse reservations data and generate reports to track key performance indicators and inform decision-making
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations

Our client is seeking :

• Experience within a Hotel - Reservations or DMC / Travel Supervisor role
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues at all levels
• Solid customer service background with a professional approach to client relations.
• Competent with Microsoft Office. Familiarity with Tourplan NX is an advantage but not essential.
