Our client, an educational leading specialist in group travel, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Groups and Sales Operations Executive to join their dynamic team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and success across the UK and Europe.

As a Groups and Sales Operations Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimising the sales operations for our client's group travel business. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing effective strategies to enhance sales performance, streamline processes, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives
  • Analysing sales data and generating insights to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
  • Implementing and optimising sales processes and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Managing and nurturing relationships with key partners, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
  • Providing training and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making

To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Proven experience in sales operations, preferably within Group travel or educational travel industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Our client offers a competitive salary range of £30,000 to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
