Our client is now offering a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Groups Operations Executive to move into MICE where full training and support will be given! They are recruiting a German or French speaker to join their MICE team who are based in London. Their team deliver outstanding service, creative ideas and exceptionally professional meetings, incentives, conferences and events! You will handle corporate and incentive groups coming into England and Scotland from mainly Europe, South Africa, USA, South East Asia and Latam. This is a hybrid work position based in Central London.

These travel requirements cover the regions of Africa, Asia, Australasia, Americas, Latin America, Caribbean, Indian Ocean and Europe and can including private villas, private jet charters, skiing holidays, exclusive boutique hotels etc They are now seeking to recruit experienced Fluent Arabic speaking Senior Luxury Private Travel Managers who have experience working with ultra-luxury travel products and dealing with Ultra HNWI's from the MEA region In addition to having extensive GDS and flights knowledge, you will have excellent, bespoke tailor-made travel experience with the ability to deal with a booking from enquiry through to final documentation. This experience is essential Presentation, communication (verbal and written), attention to detail, sales skills and destination knowledge are very important to their clients. Candidates must be able to network with their clientele as well understanding the demographics, latest travel trends, luxury lifestyle etc This role is offered on a hybrid basis - London or fully remote within the UK

This is a FULLY Remote working from home position based in the UK. You must be able to spend two weeks in their head office location outside of London for training where all your accommodation and train tickets along with meals will be paid for. Our client has been established for over 35 years and are a small family run business expanding the team through their service and tours offered to their markets. The Group Operations Executive is responsible for booking, supporting tours and working closely with your suppliers & the Operations team.
