Our client is a well established, privately owned tour operator who sell exclusively through travel trade partners.
Their product range features flights, hotels, worldwide tours, cruises featuring bespoke and multi centre itineraries.
Due to growth, they are now recruiting for Cruise Travel Reservations Consultants to join their team who will be responsible for delivering high-quality sales and service support to customers.
The role includes handling new and existing cruise reservations, ensuring customers receive accurate advice, efficient booking management, and an excellent end-to-end travel experience while meeting individual and team sales targets.
