Our client is an award-winning tour operator who long haul specialists selling to B2C market. They are now recruiting for a creative, dynamic, and forward-thinking head of sales to help drive their business to the next level, helping to achieve their ambitious growth plans whilst being well rewarded financially for their achievements. This is a key appointment with the Head of Sales being responsible for managing and leading a team of experienced sales consultants whilst working closely with the Managing Director and leadership team. To be considered, candidates must have previous Team Manager experienced within the travel industry with a proven record of accomplishment in managing and motivating teams to meet growth and revenue targets being now ready to step into Head of Sales role. This is a hybrid based role
