Our client, a leading cruise company have recently opened a state of the art retail travel store in Guildford town centre.
They are now seeking to recruit retail travel consultants to join their team in their to helping curate inspiring travel arrangements for their discerning clientele.
This role is ideal for an experienced travel consultant from a travel agency seeking structured career enhancement and the opportunity to earn very generous commission based on performance.
Our client will also consider candidates who have worked as cabin crew, luxury retail sales or hospitality or well-travelled graduates who are seeking the opportunity to develop a career within luxury travel sales
This is a 7 day operation working 5 days with 2 days off in lieu.
Retail Travel Consultant Duties:
Arranging cruise travel arrangements for clients within the Mediterranean and the Arabian Gulf.
Booking and seeing all travel extras including airport lounges, car hire, insurance etc.
Participating in luxury FAM trips to further develop personal product knowledge.
Liaising with suppliers.
Offering the highest levels of customer service
Converting incoming enquiries to a sale.
Building a rapport with customers over the phone and face to face.
Retail Travel Consultant Experience Required:
Previous sales experience within the travel industry either from a travel agency
Candidates who have worked as cabin crew, within luxury retail sales, hospitality or well-travelled graduates will also be considered.
Ability to build a rapport with customers and deliver high levels of customer service.
Sales driven with the ability to meet targets.
Retail Travel Consultant Salary and Benefits
Base Salary to £28,000 + lucrative commission, OTE £35,000
