Travel Cruise Consultant (AR1093)

Our client, a luxury cruise specialist, is a customer service focused cruise consultant who has the experience of dealing with top end discerning clients.

They are an award-winning cruise operator selling some of the world's most luxurious cruise operators and have a reputation for delivering excellence.

The role involves dealing with cruise travel requests and making bookings from both new and repeat clients.

Candidates must have previous crusie sales experience and product knowledge, having worked to sales targets.

This role is offered on a hybrid basis - two days per week in the office in Surrey.

Travel Cruise Consultant Duties and Responsibilities

Booking all aspects of the client's cruises as well as making amending to existing reservations

Checking availability and confirming cruise options available

Upselling and maximising sales opportunities

Processing guest information and special requestsWorking to targets whilst delivering excellent customer service.

Travel Cruise Consultant Experience Required:

Previous cruise sales experience is essentail

Ability to develop rapport with a discerning client base

Good telephone manner and communication skills

Proven sales experience in meeting sales targets

Travel Cruise Consultant Base Salary and BenefitsSalary Benefits:

To £36 ,000 (negotiable depending on experience)Uncapped earning protential Realistice OTE £60,000
