As the Operations and Training Manager for an INBOUND DMC, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimising the day-to-day operations of the department.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the Groups division, while implementing strategies to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and drive overall success through training and learning of the TOUR PLAN system.
