Antella Travel Recruitment is recruiting for an established travel technology business seeking a Tech Helpdesk Specialist to join its team.
This is an opportunity for someone with DMC or tour operator experience and strong Tourplan knowledge who enjoys investigating problems, spotting the small details others might miss and finding solutions.
What you'll be doing
- Investigating system issues relating to bookings, configurations, user setups and operational processes.
- Identifying small discrepancies and working methodically to understand the root cause of a problem.
- Supporting colleagues with clear, patient and reassuring communication.
- Taking ownership of issues and working with internal teams when further technical support is required.
- Identifying recurring problems and helping improve processes and support documentation.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience within a DMC or tour operator.
- Strong working knowledge of Tourplan
- Excellent attention to detail and a naturally curious, investigative mindset.
- Logical problem-solving skills and the persistence to work through issues that aren't immediately obvious.
- A calm, empathetic and client-focused approach.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to explain problems and solutions confidently.
