We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing and highly regarded Destination Management Company specialising in UK & Ireland inbound travel, leisure group tours, and MICE events.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven B2B Sales Manager to take ownership of the Spainish and LATAM markets, driving growth, building strong partnerships, and expanding market presence across Spanish-speaking regions.

The Role

  • Driving revenue growth across Spain & LATAM markets
  • Identifying, targeting, and converting new business opportunities
  • Building and managing a strong pipeline of leisure, corporate, and MICE clients
  • Developing long-term relationships with tour operators, agencies, and event planners
  • Leading client presentations, sales calls, and negotiations
  • Representing the business at international trade shows and industry events
  • Undertaking regular overseas travel to strengthen market presence
  • Tracking performance, managing CRM activity, and delivering accurate reporting and forecasts

About You

  • Minimum 5 years' B2B sales experience within travel, hospitality, or inbound tourism
  • Proven success within leisure groups, MICE, or DMC/tour operator environments
  • Strong network across Spain and LATAM markets
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Commercially driven with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation ability
  • Highly organised, proactive, and results-focused

Additional Information

  • Monday-Friday, 09:30-18:00
  • Hybrid working (up to 2 days from home post-probation)
  • Regular travel to Spain & LATAM required
