We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing and highly regarded Destination Management Company specialising in UK & Ireland inbound travel, leisure group tours, and MICE events.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven B2B Sales Manager to take ownership of the Spainish and LATAM markets, driving growth, building strong partnerships, and expanding market presence across Spanish-speaking regions.

The Role
- Driving revenue growth across Spain & LATAM markets
- Identifying, targeting, and converting new business opportunities
- Building and managing a strong pipeline of leisure, corporate, and MICE clients
- Developing long-term relationships with tour operators, agencies, and event planners
- Leading client presentations, sales calls, and negotiations
- Representing the business at international trade shows and industry events
- Undertaking regular overseas travel to strengthen market presence
- Tracking performance, managing CRM activity, and delivering accurate reporting and forecasts
About You
- Minimum 5 years' B2B sales experience within travel, hospitality, or inbound tourism
- Proven success within leisure groups, MICE, or DMC/tour operator environments
- Strong network across Spain and LATAM markets
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Commercially driven with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Confident communicator with strong presentation ability
- Highly organised, proactive, and results-focused

- Hybrid working (up to 2 days from home post-probation)
