We are partnering with a leading inbound Destination Management Company to recruit a Business Development Manager focused on the Spanish and LATAM markets. This is an exciting newly created role, offering the opportunity to drive growth and expand market presence across key international regions.
The RoleYou will play a pivotal role in identifying, developing, and nurturing new business opportunities across Spain and LATAM. Working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, you'll build strong partnerships and deliver strategic growth across group travel, corporate, and MICE sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business partnerships across Spanish & LATAM markets, with a focus on group travel, corporate clients, and event planners
- Develop and manage relationships with tour operators, travel agencies, DMCs, and corporate clients
- Grow existing accounts while actively driving new revenue streams
- Represent the business at international trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities
- Execute targeted business development strategies to support market expansion
About You:
- 4-5 years' B2B sales experience within tourism, hospitality, or inbound travel
- Proven track record in business development across Group Travel, DMC, MICE, or Tour Operator sectors
- Strong existing network across Spanish and LATAM markets
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Solid understanding of the UK & Ireland inbound tourism and events landscape
- Highly motivated, commercially driven, and confident building relationships at all levels
