Trainer Group Operations Tourplan (AR1115)

Antella Travel Recruitment is delighted to be supporting our client, a leading specialist in UK & Ireland group travel, who are looking for an experienced Group Operations professional to join their team as a Group Operations Trainer.

This is a predominantly virtual training role, with one day per week in the office. You will be responsible for onboarding and training new starters, ensuring they develop a strong understanding of UK & Ireland group operations and are confident using Tourplan.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver virtual training and onboarding for new Group Operations starters

Train new team members on Tourplan and operational systems

Provide training on UK & Ireland group planning, including itineraries, suppliers, bookings and amendments

Act as the key point of contact for new starters during their onboarding

Create and maintain simple training guides and resources

Work with Operations Managers to monitor progress and identify further training needs

About You

Strong UK & Ireland inbound group operations experience

Excellent Tourplan knowledge - essential

Good understanding of UK & Ireland tour planning and ground operations

Previous experience training, coaching or mentoring colleagues would be advantageous

Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain processes clearly

Organised, patient and confident working virtually

Passionate about sharing knowledge and supporting others

What's on Offer

£35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience

Predominantly virtual working

One day per week in the office

Opportunity to take ownership of the training and onboarding experience for new Operations team members
