Our client is a leading specialist in group travel, with an established presence across the UK and Europe. They are looking for a motivated and experienced Groups & Sales Operations Executive to join their growing team in London.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong sales operations and group travel experience to play an important role in supporting commercial performance, improving processes and ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and partners.
The Role
As Groups & Sales Operations Executive, you will support the day-to-day sales operation of the group travel business, working closely with internal teams, clients, suppliers and key partners.
You will help drive sales performance, identify opportunities for growth and ensure processes are efficient, effective and consistently deliver a high level of service.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with internal teams to support and deliver sales strategies aligned with business objectives
Analyse sales activity and performance, identifying trends, opportunities and areas for improvement
Review and optimise sales processes and systems to improve efficiency and productivity
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, partners and other key stakeholders
Support the sales team with guidance, information and training to help maximise performance
Coordinate projects and initiatives across the sales and operations functions, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and market developments to identify opportunities and support commercial decision-making
Contribute to the continued development and growth of the group travel business across the UK and Europe
About You
We are looking for someone who is commercially minded, organised and confident working across both sales and operations.
You should have:
Proven experience within sales operations, ideally within group travel or a related travel environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams
Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A proactive approach with strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality service
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and insight to support decision-making
A genuine interest in the group travel industry and a desire to contribute to a growing business
What's on Offer
Salary of £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
