Your primary responsibilities will be optimising existing and bringing on new ground service contracts, managing the allocatio of services and upholding quality control standards.
You will analyse operational figures, collaborate with various teams to finalise logistics for group tours, validate supplier invoices, and extend support to the wider team when needed.
Your expertise will directly impact on your ability to deliver exceptional service to your clients and maintain strong relationships with your suppliers and team.
